These 10 colouring pencils have a transparent section at the top of each pencil, to fill with the Touchable Bubble fluid, complete with a bubble blowing wand. So children can draw, colour, and blow wonderful touchable bubbles. Simply fill each pencil top with the Touchable Bubble fluid provided, and replace the lid when not in use. Blow the bubbles high up into the air, allowing them a few seconds to ‘set’ and then you can touch them, collect them, stack them, enjoy them! No disappointed children from bubbles which ‘pop’. Contains a setting agent which forms a skin around the bubble after a few seconds.
