Our Meo Fingerbells are unique and innovative finger bells which can be worn like a giant musical ring on your finger! Simply shake your hand to hear it ring, then close your fingers over the metal as you shake to be rewarded with different rings and tones! A new and innovative instrument to be experienced.. experimented with.. and enjoyed! Brought to you all the way from the Meo hill tribe in Vietnam. The finger bell is cast from metal with raised mantra as decoration. To play the bell slip it over your middle finger and shake gently to get the ball inside ringing. Then close your hand around it to muffle, changing the tone. Experiment by shaking the bell using different timing and rhythm and you will be amazed by the variety of sounds coming from it!

History of The Meo:
The Meo hill tribe are found living in and around the mountain regions
of Northern Vietnam. Their lives are rich in colour, traditional music
and dance. Known mainly as hill farmers providing food for their families,
they also produce a wide variety of local crafts.
