Payment:We accept payment online through our secure payment service provider, PayPal, accepting all major Credit and Debit Cards or by a PayPal Account. If you wish to make payment by BACS or cheque, or open a credit account, we simply ask that you contact us first. Credit account requests must be accompanied by an offical purchase order.
VAT Exemption:If you are an individual or a registered charity eligible for zero rated VAT, and are interested in our items stated as zero-vat rated, please contact us for a Declaration Form to complete. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods zero-rated for VAT you should consult notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration. Please note there are penalties for making false declarations.
Delivery: Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by the weight of your order, plus packing. We always pack really well to ensure your items arrive safely. For our full range of shipping costs please click on our 'Site Map' Page and select 'Delivery Rates'. Please note all prices and postage rates include V.A.T. - tax will not be charged on invoices to the Channel Islands or non-EU countries.
U.K. Mainland: orders received by 10.00 a.m. (Monday to Friday) will be despatched on that day. There may be a slight delay during busy periods. Orders weighing under 1kg are despatched via First Class Recorded delivery, and over 1kg via Interlink Express Next Day service.
'First Class Recorded' is a Royal Mail signed-for service. Generally 1 to 2 days, but not guaranteed. Prices range from £2.50 to £4.00, dependent upon weight.
'Interlink Express' is a signed-for next day service. Friday despatches will arrive Monday. Prices are £6.99 under 10kg, and £7.99 over 10kg. You will be notified by email of a 'one hour window' in which your parcel will be delivered the next day. If you are not available within that one hour time slot allocated, you can simply click on the link to rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day.
U.K. Offshore: including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands & Scilly Isles, and U.K. Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm & Sark), are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery under 1kg, and Tracked Service over 1kg. 'Tracked' service does not require a signature, but is tracked right to your door. It is generally a 2 to 5 days service, and you can advise a 'Safe Place' to leave your parcel if you have one, such as in the porch, in a shed, wheelie bin, or with a neighbour at number(..) - please advise in the message box provided when placing your order.
European & International Destinations:
For overseas orders you are offered a choice of services dependent on the weight and destination: 'Royal Mail Air Post', 'Royal Mail International Signed-For', 'DPD Road Parcel', or 'Interlink Air Express'. Orders may be split into more than one parcel, to enable us to offer you the most cost effective postage price. Shipping costs are always available to view before you commit to purchase, offering you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order at any time before payment. Toy Safety: We take the safety of our products very seriously. All products conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. Many products are classified as only being suitable for children over 3 years of age, as they may contain small parts. We recommend adult supervision at all times when using these products with children with special needs. Please choose carefully, these items are not intended for heavy and extreme use, so not all items are suitable for every child especially for children that mouth, bite, are robust or take things to their limits, and only you know best! Always check the items for signs of wear or damage before each use.

Create an account: To place an order you must first create a new account, at the bottom of the 'My Account' page. This also allows you to access many features including Wish Lists, Baskets and Viewing Order History. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly, and keep your password safe. If you happen to forget your password, you can simply request a reminder at any time in the ‘My Account’ page by entering your email in the ‘Forgotten your password’ which will then email it to you. Once you have created an account, in all future visits, you can simply log in with your email and password!
Adding an item to your basket: When you have found an item you wish to order, you can view the full details by clicking ‘More Details>>’ . The quantity of stock available is displayed. To order, simply enter a quantity you require and click ‘Add’. It will add this item and quantity to your basket. Our system will not allow you to add items which are 'out of stock'.
Viewing your basket: A simple shopping list of items in your basket is displayed at the bottom left hand side of the screen. To view your basket click on 'View Basket’ at the bottom left hand side of the page or click the ‘Basket’ tab on the header at the top of the page. When viewing your basket, you can edit quantities by entering the new quantity and clicking on ‘Recalculate’ or cancel an item altogether by clicking on ‘Remove’. If you increase a quantity to more than we currently have in stock, it will automatically amend the quantity to the maximum stock quantity available and warn you. If you change your mind, you can click the ‘Empty Basket’, or save your basket for another time.
Checkout: When you have finished shopping, before payment we recommend you save your basket. Click ‘Checkout’. Our system automatically calculates the postage cost by the weight of your order, simply click on the location to which you require delivery. Click ‘Proceed’. You will then be asked to confirm your invoice and delivery address. Here you can also enter a purchase order number if you have one. For your convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative delivery address, such as work or a neighbour, by ‘un-ticking’ the box ‘Ship to the same address as my billing address’. The system will save this information for you for next time, but you can amend this information on any order. Please note that we always despatch to the delivery address you provide on your order, and not the delivery address in your PayPal account if that is your method of payment. There is a box in which to send a message to us, including advising a 'safe place' for Offshore deliveries, or to advise your message if using our Gift Wrapping Service,
At any time you can return back to your order by clicking the ‘Basket’ tab at the top of the screen, and amend or cancel your order. When all details are entered click ‘Make the Order’ this will then redirect you to our payment service provider, PayPal, where you can make a secure payment using either your credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Please note that if you wish to pay by BACS or cheque please contact us first before placing your order.
Payment: Credit/Debit Card Payments: Click on the 'continue' link on the left hand side of the PayPal page, you will be directed to a window to enter your card details. If you would like to set up a PayPal account you are given the option after payment, using the details you have just entered on your payment. PayPal payments: If you already have a PayPal account you can simply login with your password, on the right hand side of the PayPal page. Please note that we deliver to the delivery address you provide on your order to us, and not the address set up in your PayPal account. When payment is made, you will receive an Order Confirmation from us to your email address. BACS/Cheque Payments: You must contact us first to authorise your account for this method of payment.
If you have already shopped and experience any difficulties or problems at all, please save your basket, and contact us. Your basket can then be reloaded later to save you time.
Log Out: To log out of your account click on 'Log Out of your account’ at the top of the ‘My Account’ page.
Speed Order: This allows you to create an order just by entering the product code, if you know it, and quantity of the items you wish to order. This can save you a lot of time not having to go into each item individually to order!
Save Basket: If you wish to save your shopping list and continue at another time, or from a different computer, or pay later, or even just to save it as a shopping list for the future, click the ‘Save Basket’ which allows you to store it (for as long as you want), and instantly recover it by reloading it at any time, and it can be amended if required. The save/recover basket feature allows basket contents to be saved to our database, to be reloaded later at your convenience, and from any computer of your choice!
Wish List: To create a wish list, put items in your basket and then click the 'Save Wish List'. You can view your Wish Lists in the ‘My Account’ page. To edit a Wish List, first ‘Load’ it into your basket, then ‘View basket’ and make any adjustments to required items, and click 'Edit'.
Mailing List: To be added to our mailing list you are required to go through the verification process. This is simply having a verification message emailed to you which you have to click on to confirm. To opt out of the mailing list at any time, in the ‘My Account’ page click the ‘No Mailing List Mails’ in the Mailing List drop down.
