A fun range of age appropriate products and resources, to actively engage adults, the elderly, people living with all stages of dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or following a stroke or brain injury, in enjoyable exercise, dance and physical movement. Use hand held props to develop hand strength, and create a stimulating visual for them to follow, using a range of easy to follow repetitive movements to music. Our exercise resources can be used seated or standing, and promote gross motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination.
TIPS: Concentrate on what the individual can do, not what they can’t, some may require assistance whilst others are independent. If they don’t wish to participate in an active way, allow them to remain passive and observe and listen to the music.
