Create an Account

To place an order you can create an account by clicking ‘Create an Account’ situated at top of each page, or you have the option to checkout as a guest if you wish not to make an account. Complete the form with your details and we will email you with your password. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly, and keep your password safe. If you happen to forget your password, you can simply request a reminder at any time in the ‘Login’ page by entering your email in the ‘Forgotten your password’ which will then email it to you. Once you have created an account you will be asked if you would like to change your password the first time you login.

Adding an item to your basket

When you have found an item you wish to order simply click on the thumbnail image for more details about the product. To select, simply enter a quantity you require and click ‘Add to Cart’. It will add this item and quantity to your basket. Our system will not allow you to add items which are 'out of stock'.

Viewing your basket: To view the items in your cart click the link ‘Cart’ situated at the top of each page. Once an item is added to your Cart it will be added to a tally and indicated at the top of the page. When viewing your basket, you can edit quantities by entering the new quantity and clicking on ‘Update Cart’ or cancel an item altogether by clicking on the red cross situated in the Remove column. If you try to exceed the maximum quantity the system will inform you. If you want to add another product to your Cart simply click on ‘Continue Shopping’. Coupon codes can be added also before checkout is complete.


When you have finished shopping click ‘Checkout’. You will be asked to login if you are an existing customer, create an account if your not an existing customer or checkout as a guest if you wish not to have a full account. You will be directed to the 6 steps of checkout.

Step 1: Billing Information

You will be asked to complete the form with your billing address information. This is the address that your bank details are registered to. Once you have completed this section click on ‘Proceed to Next Step’.

Step 2: Shipping Information

Complete the form with the address that you would like your product/s delivered to. If you wish for your order to be delivered to the same address as your billing address please click on ‘Copy billing address for shipping location’. Once you have completed this section click on ‘Proceed to Next Step’.

Step 3: Shipping Method

Please select the shipping option you wish to use for your order. Once you have completed this section click on ‘Proceed to Next Step’.

Step 4: Payment Method

Please select your payment method. Once you have completed this section click on ‘Proceed to Next Step’.

Step 5: Order Review

You will be able to view your order, please check that all information is correct. You have the option to add any notes to the order for delivery instructions or special orders within the box situated underneath your order overview. Once you have completed this section click on ‘Place Order & Pay’.

Step 6: Make Payment

You can make a secure online payment using any debit or credit card through either of our 2 secure payment providers, PayPal or Realex.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal service.  To pay simply click on ‘Pay online' (choosing your preference service).  All payments are redirected to a secure third party site, PayPal or Secure Trading, who are world market leaders in fraud protection.  Sensory Toy Warehouse does not store or have access to your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal details.

Please note that if you wish to pay by BACS or cheque please contact us first before placing your order.

Cheque Payments

You must contact us first to authorise your account for this method of payment. If you have already shopped and experience any difficulties or problems at all, please save your basket, and contact us. Your basket can then be reloaded later to save you time.

Public Sector Invoice Accounts

If you are a public sector organisation and wish to open an invoice account, please contact us first.  Payments can be accepted by BACS, cheque, cash or any debit or credit card.  An official purchase order must be received by email, fax or post, and contain a purchase order number, invoice and delivery address details, email address, and telephone number. 

Please note that we do not accept invoice account orders during the months of November and December.

Our settlement terms for an invoice account is strictly payment in full within 30 days from invoice date.  As per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation, failure to make payment in time will result in an additional compensation charge of £40 per invoice, plus interest charged at 8% above base rate, and responsibility for our reasonable legal costs in relation to debt recovery. The title of goods remain the property of Sensory Toy Warehouse until full payment has been received.

Cash Payment & Collection

If you require to pay by cash for orders which can then be collected from our warehouse in Wallasey, Wirral.  You must contact us first to authorise your account for this method of payment and we will have your goods ready for collection.  If you experience any difficulties or have any questions please contact us.

To log out of your account simply click on the red 'Logout’ icon which is next to the 'Search' bar near the top of every page.

VAT Exemption

The majority of our sensory equipment is applicable for VAT exemption if you are an individual or a registered charity eligible for zero rated VAT.  Please contact us for a 'VAT Exemption Declaration Form' to complete. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods zero-rated for VAT you should consult notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration, as there are penalties for making false declarations.

EU Business Customers

Overseas European Union business customers please contact us with your VAT number before ordering, so that we may process your order without UK taxes.
